MMF Delaware crush course

The MMF Delaware Crush Course is a high-paced endurance course designed for all ages! The course stretches six blocks on the sand of Delaware's Dewey Beach! From Dagsworthy Avenue to Collins Avenue, participants will move their muscles in honor of over one million Americans affected by muscle disease.

What is the MMF crush course?

The MMF Crush Course is designed for participants to complete a specific exercise at each station. Each station is approximately one block away from each other on the beach. Here is the "kicker"... After completing a station, participants will need to complete the same exercise when they arrive at the next station, prior to completing the new station's exercise. (i.e., If the first station consists of 10 push-ups, participants will run to the next station and complete 10 push-ups, and 20 lunges, before they run to the next station). Note, all stations consist of body weight exercises. After completing the six block course, participants will walk, run, or jog back to the starting line to complete the course! An after party will follow the event, which will be located at The Starboard Restaurant!
